How to use it
Dosage:
- 1-3g daily with a minimum half an hour interval after eating; stir in about 1dcl of water and drink (1 level teaspoon = 2g of powder)
- 5 days a week and skip for 2 days
- On an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal)
- With Vitamin C, as it increases the absorption of active substances when using medicinal mushrooms.
Warning:
These product is not intended for children under 3 years of age, for pregnant and nursing mothers. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of children. The product does not serve as a substitute for a varied diet.
It does not contain ephedrine, caffeine, gluten, preservatives, dyes or sugar.
